The Alaska ASQ Section has been active since 1974 as an extension of the Seattle ASQ Section.  In 1977 the Alaska membership grew enough to establish our own section.  We have about 60 active members with another 60 people that wish to be on the email distribution list.  We meet monthly (go dark for three months in the summer) and publish a monthly newsletter.  We also strive to have at least two education seminars a year with the goal of providing quality education to our members and others.
